1st Air Cavalry Divison “First Team”
The UH-1 “Sweet Sioux” Huey Helicopter found its home in the US Army and was perhaps the single biggest innovation in troop deployment since the locomotive train. Either in a transport or gun-transport configuration, you can count on the pilots to get in and out very rapidly and maneuver troops just as fast.
The First Cavalry division, originally founded on horseback in 1921, today, rides big metal machine stallions with blades in the sky as an airmobile unit. The First Team is first in line and ready to engage the enemy quickly and efficiently.
