Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Bunker 27. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help make it right within the guidelines below.


1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • After 30 days, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.


2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team so we can help you with the next steps:

In your message, please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • Whether you are requesting a return or an exchange

  • The item(s) you’d like to send back


3. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In new condition, exactly as you received it

  • Have all original hang tags attached

  • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or any damage

Items that arrive with signs of wear, damage, or strong odors may not be accepted and may be returned to you.


4. Refunds & Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not cover the cost of shipping items back to us for returns.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return is received and inspected.

Please allow a short processing time after your return arrives for us to inspect and complete your refund.


5. How to Ship Your Return

Please send your return package via UPS or USPS, and we recommend using insurance and tracking for your protection.

Inside or on the outside of the package, please clearly indicate:

  • Your order number

  • Whether it is a return or an exchange

6. Exchanges

If you are requesting an exchange (for example, a different size):

  • Note “Exchange” and your desired size or item when you contact customer service.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time we process your return.

  • If the requested item is not available, we may issue a refund instead.
