22. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program

This SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program section (“Mobile Terms”) applies to your participation in our text messaging program (the “Program”) and forms part of these Terms of Service. Your participation in the Program is also subject to our Privacy Policy, including the SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Privacy section.

22.1 Program Description

By enrolling in the Program (for example, by entering your phone number at checkout or on a sign-up form and agreeing to receive messages, or by texting a keyword to our number), you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS marketing and transactional messages from Bunker 27 at the mobile number you provide.

Messages may include:

• Promotions, discounts, and special offers

• New product launches and restocks

• Cart/checkout reminders

• Order confirmations and shipping updates

• Account or service-related notifications

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Your consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Please note that contacting us by email or social media is not a valid method of opting out. To stop receiving messages, you must use one of the opt-out keywords listed above.

22.5 Cost & Carriers

• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

• We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier as a result of our SMS/MMS messages.

Delivery of SMS/MMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier/network operator and is outside of our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

22.6 Program Availability & Changes

The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas or at all times. We reserve the right to:

• Change, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part of it at any time without notice;

• Modify the types or frequency of messages sent under the Program.

Your continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
